Molly Shuvai Senderayi is a driven and accomplished individual with a strong academic foundation and professional experience in the construction and business sectors. She began her journey at PEPPS Preparatory and College in Polokwane, where she graduated with a diploma and earned distinctions in Business Studies, Physical Science, and Computer Applications Technology. She was recognized as the Best Performing Student in Physical Science and received the Computers and Application Technology Award.
Molly pursued a Bachelor of Science in Construction Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, where she gained Building Information Modeling certifications, participated in EDHE Entrepreneurial Intervarsity Competitions, and joined the Khomonani VaTsonga Society. Additionally, she completed the First Year Experience Leadership Program, which enhanced her leadership and collaboration skills. Furthering her education, Molly studied Occupational Health and Safety at the University of Cape Town, focusing on systematic approaches to workplace safety. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Eduvos Private Institution, where she is a Golden Key Member, recipient of Top Achievers Awards, and active in the Media Social Club.
Professionally, Molly has built a solid foundation through various roles in the construction industry. At SebEnza-Kanzima Construction Company, she worked as an Assistant Senior Site Engineer Intern, contributing to property development and construction management. At Edilcon (Pty) Ltd, she served as a Safety Trainee, assisting in safety training and wellness programs that prioritized social responsibility. At Greenbuilt (Pty) Ltd, she worked as an Assistant Administrator, contributing to sustainability-focused projects, including the AngloGold Hospital Project, which improved healthcare infrastructure during the 2020 lockdown.
Molly is passionate about delivering sustainable, ethical, and community-centered solutions.
