Greenbuilt was founded by Ms. Memory Zvomuya (PrQS), a registered professional Quantity Surveyor with the South African Council of Quantity Surveyors (SACQS, Pr. 4460) and with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS, N0.6213480). She is also registered as a Professional Construction Manager with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP, D/2279/2016). Ms. Memory Zvomuya is distinguished by a vast experience in both civil engineering and building projects.
Ms. Memory received her Master of Science degree in Building Project Management from the University of WITS in 2018. She also completed a course at the University of Pretoria for construction adjudication in 2013, a course that specialises in contracts such as FIDIC, NEC3, GCC, and JBCC, claim management, and dispute settlement. She holds a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying with Honours degree from 2007; a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from 1998; and a National Certificate in Quantity Surveying from 1996.
Ms. Memory was previously employed by Department Of Infrastructure Development (Gauteng), Department Of Public Transport Roads and Works, Moteko – Taupride Projects, Ministry Of Transport and Communications and FMI Costain Company.
Ms. Zvomuya Memory has over 25 years extensive experience in both civil engineering and building projects. She has been instrumental in a number of construction and sanitation projects related to the construction of various housing typologies where construction, demolition, repairs and maintenance, external site works (e.g. landscaping, boundary walls, retainer walls, paving, guard houses, parking, etc.) of building are required.
